The advantage of low cost of ownership and still delivers high quality combi, hot air and steam modes for all your cooking needs. These ovens are eco-friendly and offer the lowest cost of ownership. These ovens use less water than any other combi oven on the market today. The exclusive steam-on-demand feature provides accelerated cooking at the touch of a button. The Vario-Steam mode provides temperature-controlled steam, perfect for seafood. The low temperature roast and hold feature with temperature probe allows you to roast and then hold to serve later. There is a deliming indicator that lets you know when it is time to delime. These ovens are available in gas or electric and are stackable to save space.
